Odoo Project Manager

 As a Project Manager, you will implement Odoo. You will be in direct contact with customers to help them use the Odoo software (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project, Website...). You will therefore analyze their needs and organize personalized training sessions. In fact, you will be responsible for providing the best management solution to your clients!

You will also have the opportunity to develop larger accounts (Medium Market & Corporate). You will deal with companies of 100 employees and manage larger, long-term projects. The goal is always to implement our software and provide tailor-made training. You could progress as a project director on major projects!

You will work on different projects at the same time. From the first weeks, you will quickly be involved in your first projects with the support of more experienced colleagues. You will gradually increase your level of autonomy, but never forget that two heads are better than one! You will not have time to get bored because each project is different (sector, scope of projects, etc.)

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities:

• Leading/supervising the project team.
• Analyze customers operations, needs, and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo Software Services.
• Assist customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to "go-live".
• Coach customers.
• Support the sales team.
• Business process optimization.

Profile:

• Degree in either Business Administration, IS/IT or Computer Science (1-3 Years).
• Profound affinity with the IT world.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
