Marketing Executive

ERPGap – Viseu, Portugal

ERPGap is a growing Odoo implementation partner based in Viseu. We help businesses improve and streamline their operations through Odoo ERP and AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our office in Viseu city centre. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of marketing and business support activities within a growing technology-focused company.

You will work closely with management and report directly to the Commercial Director, supporting day-to-day marketing, outreach, and business support activities. Training and guidance will be provided, including exposure to Odoo ERP, AI tools, and the business technology sector.

ERPGap primarily works with clients in the UK and US markets, offering an excellent opportunity to gain international business and marketing experience while working locally in Portugal.

You will also gain exposure to a variety of industries including e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services, while learning how businesses manage and improve core business processes such as sales, CRM, inventory management, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, and operations through ERP and digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media management and content scheduling
• Support webinar planning, coordination, and follow-up activities
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and mailing lists
• Conduct market and prospect research
• Collect client testimonials and assist with video editing and publishing
• Support outreach and lead generation activities
• Help create and organize marketing content and materials
• Maintain CRM and marketing records
• Support general marketing and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
• Interest in marketing, technology, or business software

Nice to Have

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM, or content creation tools
• Native-level Portuguese language skills
